The CMS allows administrator users the ability to control user access and update names, emails, passwords, and profile pictures.
PLEASE NOTE: This is only applicable to the Vennture CMS; user access for the Media Hub and Recruitment apps is managed by the Venn team. If you wish to make changes to accounts here, please contact a member of our support team.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you have been set up with a CMS-only account, the password/email field should NOT be modified by anyone other than Venn, as this can lead to your CMS account becoming unlinked from your main Vennture account.
To modify a user account, simply navigate to the "Edit Users" tab on the left-hand side navigation panel:
This will then bring up the user management screen where you can view and edit all users assigned to your company that have CMS access. This visibility may vary depending on your access level:
If your permission level allows, you can click into a users profile to view and update their details should the need arise:
When you're done making your changes, simply hit save, and the account will instantly update.
