This article covers some of the key questions you may have about our Client Microsites. If you still have questions or want to learn more about Client Microsites, then contact a member of our team here.
Does the partner site require its own domain?
We can set up your microsite for any domain you or your client would like. However, we recommend setting the sites up as subdomains of your main site domain for ease. Will the partner site link to my job posting tool?
Yes, all jobs sent to your main site can also be shown on your microsite when tagged correctly in Vennture Recruit.
Where will job applications go?
Applications behave exactly the same as your main site, so they will be sent back to your ATS/CRM and to the consultant who posted the job via email.
How long does it take to set up?
Based on your request, we can set up your site, which is ready to populate within one working day; you will then need to populate the site and follow our simple instructions to publish it live. Learn more about How to create a Client Microsite.
What can I control or change on the site?
During the configuration phase within the Vennture platform, you can control the branding colours, change titles, content, and images, and control which modules you require with the carefully pre-selected catalogue. We have created this to be 'light-touch', giving you enough pages to represent your customer effectively.
Where will it be accessible from my main site?
Within the main site, there are three options:
- Create a featured partners module on the home page.
- Create featured partners within the main navigation.
- Link to the partner's site from the job search.
Where do I post the roles?
As per your current set-up, you can post your jobs via your multi-job posting tool. All you’ll need to do is tag the relevant jobs in Vennture Recruit to ensure they display on the Microsite. You can select to have the roles solely on the Microsite site or include them in the main job search listings.
Is it a template website?
No, we start with carefully selected modules within the theme, but you have the control within Vennture to move, add and remove modules.
Can I use this for candidate attraction campaigns?
Yes, once your site is live, we encourage you to use your data segmentation and create targeted campaigns for your potential candidates. Helping them to make more informed decisions.
Can I use this for bids and tenders?
Yes, we encourage you to create these sites, and you can get staging links before going live with a site. This can help the consultants secure new business.
What happens if I am using a different website platform?
If you’re with another provider for your corporate website, that is not a problem. These Microsites can work alongside your current set-up, linking from your main site and integrating with your external ATS.
