Within the Vennture CMS, there are multiple different types of modules that can be used and combined to build web pages for your website. Below, we have listed some of the most common types of modules and what they can be best used for.
Accordions
Accordions are useful modules when you have a large amount of content you want to show in a list style but want to reduce the amount of space it takes up by hiding some content away.
Carousel/Sliders
Carousels or slider modules showing multiple items of content, text and/or images in a row allow a user to scroll through the content horizontally without using up a large amount of space on the page.
Dynamic Data
Modules that pull data dynamically from other areas of Vennture, e.g., jobs from Recruit or content pieces from the Media Hub. These modules can have filters applied to them in the CMS to refine the data shown and are useful for sector pages.
Forms
Vennture CMS comes with standard, pre-built form templates which suit the needs of clients' websites. These can be full-width or split forms with text alongside them and are used in multiple places on a website, e.g., on a contact page, in client enquiries, and in data capture.
Image Gallery
There are multiple modules which allow you to include images on your web page, including the image gallery, which showcases up to 6 images in one block. Other image modules show singular images as larger featured items or images in a simpler grid format of 4.
Split Content
Split content modules allow you to have listed items displayed in one block with matching images or icons. These allow for 2, 3 or 4 items to be shown in the module.
Statistics
The statistics modules in the Vennture CMS can help add numerical proof to any webpage and allow for different types of statistics to be displayed alongside descriptive text. These stats will automatically count up from 0 as the page loads.
Standard Text/Content Modules
There are a variety of text and content modules available in the Vennture CMS that can be used in different combinations to create web pages. Some include images; others are purely just for text, short or long form. Most of these modules also have variations that allow you to change the text alignment or styling, allowing for further flexibility and versatility.
