What can I include in the advertisement banner feature?
Great question. We’re glad you asked. Well, what you include in your Advertisement Banner is up to you and depends on the strategies you’re implementing.
Here’s a list of examples you can include in your Advertisement Banner:
- Client Microsites
- Links to specific vacancies you want to promote
- Client partner logos
- Refer-a-friend schemes
- CV uploads
- Links to your sector or service landing pages
- Case studies
- Downloads
- Blogs and insights pieces
- Client showcases
- Any other marketing collateral you want to promote
Can I have more than one Advertising Banner?
You can have as many Advertising Banners as you wish to showcase as many of your clients, vacancies, content pieces or other strategies as you need.
If I have multiple Advertising Banners, how do I manage which ones appear to the end user?
You can manage which Advertising Banner gets shown to which user using the Matching Keywords section of the module (see our help guide here). The Matching Keywords section allows you to tag each Advertising Banner with keywords that a user may search for.
For example, you might tag one Advertising Banner with "Finance" and your other Advertising Banner with "HR". If a user searches for finance jobs, then they will only see the first Advertising Banner, and if they search for HR jobs, then they will only see the second advertising banner.
If you have multiple Advertising Banners on your site or multiple Advertising Banners per keyword, then the page will default to show the first Advertising Banner listed in the CMS. You can re-arrange the order of your advertising banners using the drag-and-drop icon:
What image sizes do I need to use?
For an image that will show on your Advertising Banner on your desktop, this image should be 1200x400pxl in size.
For an image that will show on your Advertising Banner on mobile, this image should be 600x450pxl in size.
