All CVs that are uploaded to the website from job applications and the CV upload forms are stored within Vennture Recruit in the CV section.
To view these CVs, in Vennture Recruit, scroll down the left-hand menu under the title of 'Job Board' to find 'CVs' towards the bottom of the menu and click this link.
You will then see a table displaying all CVs, which have been uploaded via the website, containing the following fields for each CV:
- Candidate: The name and email address of the candidate which, when clicked on, takes you to the candidate profile within Vennture Recruit.
- Timestamp: The date and time the CV was submitted.
- Phone Number: The telephone number provided by the candidate.
- CV (URL): The URL for a LinkedIn profile or online storage link for the CV that was added by the candidate.
- CV: A link to the CV file uploaded by the candidate.
- Form Submission Page: The URL of the page on which the CV was submitted.
This table can be filtered to locate a specific CV by date, text search, or any of the data fields stored in the table. You can also export all CVs uploaded if needed by using the export button in the top right corner of the page.
