If you need assistance with an issue or query on your website, our support team are able to help with this. The best way of getting assistance from our support team is to create a support ticket through our ticketing system, as all requests are easily tracked and managed here.
To create a support ticket, you need to log into your account using our ticketing system. Go to our help centre and click the sign-in button at the top of the screen.
Fill in your details to access your account. The Help Centre uses a separate login to your Vennture account
Note: If you do not have an account already, you will need to create one to raise a ticket. You can easily do this by following our guide here.
Once you are signed in to your account, you can click the 'Submit a Request' button at the top of the screen. In the next window, fill in all of the fields in the form shown to give our support team as much information as possible about your issue, including:
- URL of the page affected
- Clear description of the issue
- Screenshots where possible
- Device and browser information, where applicable
Once your ticket has been submitted, you will be able to see the status of your ticket under the 'Requests' area, which can be accessed via the drop-down in the top right corner. Any communication with our support team on open tickets will be tracked here along with the status of the ticket so you have complete visibility of where your request is up to.
