How Do I Re-Assign Jobs to a Different Consultant?

If you have a consultant who is no longer with your business, you will want to re-assign any jobs they are associated with on the website to keep a consistent experience for your candidates before deleting their consultant profile.

You can easily do this in bulk within the Vennture Recruit app using the export function.

In the jobs section of Vennture Recruit, click on the export button at the top of the screen. This will download all jobs that have been added to your website as a CSV file. 

In the spreadsheet that is downloaded, in the column 'expirydate', apply a filter for all jobs that have a date prior to the current date to find active jobs. Then, in the column 'email', search for the consultant email address that you want to remove and replace with another consultant's email address.

Save these changes and then go back to the jobs section of Vennture Recruit, click the import button at the top of the screen, upload your file, and select the option of 'Update if exists' before clicking the 'OK' button. If there are any errors with your data, they will be flagged during the upload process, indicating what needs to be corrected.
