Why Is My Deleted Consultant Still Showing?

If you want to remove a consultant profile from your website, you need to delete the account within the Consultant section of Vennture Recruit. Once deleted, it can take up to 15 minutes for the account to be removed completely from your website if this does not happen instantly. Make sure to clear your browser cache to ensure you're viewing the latest version of the website.

Please Note: When you delete a consultant, you will also be removing them from being attached to any jobs they are managing. We advise that you re-assign these jobs to another consultant so the candidate's experience is not hampered when viewing the job. Learn how to do this in our guide here.
