If you are using a third-party integration to post jobs to your website, e.g. Broadbean, Bullhorn, etc., check how the description is formatted in the 3rd party integration tool first, following the same guidance as above. If the description looks fine, then contact our support team, which will be able to investigate the log for the job posted to the site and see if there is anything in the code that may explain why the formatting of the job description appears incorrectly.
