If you see issues with the way your job description is displaying, there could be additional code or styling added to the description that conflicts with the styling rules set by our developers when they built the website.
If you are posting jobs directly into Vennture Recruit, you will need to ensure that no additional stylings are included when you add the job description into the text editor, especially if you are copying the description from another tool such as Word. To prevent this from happening, avoid copying and pasting from existing documents, or if you can't avoid it, run your content through an external tool to strip the formatting rules out before pasting it within Vennture. A good example website to use is https://textcleaner.net/
If you are using a third-party integration to post jobs to your website, e.g. Broadbean, Bullhorn, etc., check how the description is formatted in the 3rd party integration tool first, following the same guidance as above. If the description looks fine, then contact our support team, which will be able to investigate the log for the job posted to the site and see if there is anything in the code that may explain why the formatting of the job description appears incorrectly.
